New face to some yet an old friend to many. Reynaldo “Bing” T. Vidal was not just molded with intelligence and ability, but also, exudes political will and capacity to serve the common people.
Bing Vidal, born and raised in Escalante, used to spend his Elementary and Secondary years at Escalante Elementary School and Mount Carmel College, respectively. Being a graduate of BS Commerce Major in Business Management, he also pursued the degree of Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of the Visayas. And additionally, completed his Master’s degree in Public Safety Administration (MPSA) at the National Police College where he was a Government Scholar.
His work experiences as a Government Employee were thought to be essential in helping his constituents. He served as a Training Specialist at the PC/INP Training Command from 1989-1990. Bing became the Chief both on Academics and Faculty Divisions of the Philippine Public Safety College from 1991-2004. And with the expertise and knowledge acquired thru his leadership, he was appointed as the Deputy Director on Preventive Education and Community Involvement Service of the Phil. Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) from 2004-2009.
Abante Escalante Team strongly believes that his track records coupled with his determination can contribute a lot especially on Good Governance for a Brighter Escalante.
